Investment Opportunity
Marv’s Classic Soda Shop Ltd. is looking for investment capitol for a highly innovated shopping mall and tourist attraction. This will start with a 1950’s style diner with a drive through and about 120 seats. There will be a soda shop, candy store and retail outlets as well. These will be styled in a 1920’s to 50’s façade. The entire project will encompass 2 acres of prime retail land with 2 to 3 more acres available for expansion. Future considerations might be a 1930’s style garage and service station featuring a souvenir store with a small showroom to display collector cars people might wish to consign. There will be room for several more rental building as well to be incorporated at a later date with possibly a putting course for the kids. We plan on hosting show and shines, special events and swap meets throughout the summer as well. We feel this will be the only one of a kind in North America and could be franchised sometime in the future.
